Returns and Exchanges Policy for MedievalGarage

All Sales Are Final: We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • The customer covers return shipping costs, except in cases of defects or order errors.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and items returned within 30 days

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the item for store credit and place a new order.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

 

International Returns

  • Customs fees on international returns are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We encourage careful consideration of orders to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and delays.

 

Shipping Process

  • Pre-paid shipping labels are not provided by default; customers are responsible for packaging and returning items safely.

  • FedEx Express is used for initial shipments, ensuring quick delivery across regions.
